Inclusive Sports & Fitness

Their mission is to provide skilled science-based fitness and habilitation training to children of all abilities to facilitate physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development.  Middle school teens and older can volunteer as a mentor whose responsibility is to engage in all activities with a paired athlete who may have learning, developmental, or social impairments.
